Privacy policy
This page is maintained by the operator of Spread to explain what the service does with your information.
What we collect
If you create an account, we store your email address, an optional display name, and the deals and landlord leads you choose to save. If you only use the deal analyzer, nothing you type is sent to us or stored — the calculation runs in your browser.
Contact details you enter
Landlord leads can include names and contact information for third parties. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store that information, and for honouring any request from those individuals to be removed. You can delete any lead at any time.
How we use it
Your data is used to operate the service: to authenticate you, to show you your saved deals and leads, and to keep your account working. We do not sell your data and we do not use your leads for advertising.
Processors
Spread runs on managed cloud infrastructure that provides our database, authentication and hosting. Sign-in with Google is available, in which case Google processes the authentication request. Payment processing, when enabled, is handled by a third-party payment provider; card details never reach our systems.
Security
Accounts are protected by password or federated sign-in, and every row of deal and lead data is scoped to its owner at the database level so that one account cannot read another's records.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data until you delete it. Deleting your account from account settings permanently removes your profile, saved deals and landlord leads.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information. Account settings covers deletion directly; for anything else, contact us through the address published on the site.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
